Manfred is a master at transporting the viewer into the European and New Mexican landscapes that he reimagines into what can only be described as A Moment in Time.

A world-traveler and observer, Rapp will take from the locations that he has actually visited, and reconfigure the imagery in a way that reflects what many could consider the “Golden Age” of each scene. Old Santa Fe plaza, bejeweled with classic Pontiacs and Chevrolets in the Spring. Milan Rouge surrounded by bustling Pariesienne nightlife at the height of its popularity. All very poignant moments, all from what feels like a different era.
