Starting early - Reagan, 13, Carson, 11, and Keane 9 - their first design was a rear steering electric bike called the Speederz Bike. In 2014 they took their creation, CubeRinth, an acrylic Cube game with an eight level maze, to San Francisco and New York where they displayed and earned best-of-show awards. They were later approached by the Two Bit Circus Company to build a 4ft by 4ft version, the CubeRinth Maximus, which was featured at their STEAM Carnival event in San Francisco.

A chance meeting in 2016 with Thomas Porter of the Porter Barn Wood Company led to being mentored by Tom at his Phoenix shop. This sparked their interest in creating pieces that merge the worlds of technology and hand craftsmanship. By designing a series of tables called “Intersection” they have merged both the modern and organic. They have also designed a series of Crosses using reclaimed wood to create unique pieces of religious art. In partnership with Porter Barn Wood, they have built the Los Reales Table, a 14ft Sycamore dining room table.

Reagan has a passion for engineering and industrial design. Built on 3 years of CAD design, he has modeled everything from 3D printers to car interiors to buildings, and has even held classes on design and engineering.

Carson enjoys working with his hands, designing, and learning about manufacturing and running a business and is currently building custom skateboard decks that utilize unique types of wood paired with custom graphics.

Keane, enjoys working with his hands and has been learning about design, 3D printing and wood working tools, and has built unique boxes.

Now with these crosses and the Intersection series of tables, the Gillespie Brothers, have brought natural and industrial materials together to create works of art.
