Joëlle Blouin’s passion for art dates back to early childhood. Born and residing in Quebec, she remembers, even as a young child, accompanying her parents as they frequented local art galleries. It was during one of these very expeditions that Joëlle realized she wanted to become a painter!
In school Joëlle was captivated by applied arts. Being naturally gifted, she excelled in the field and won several prizes along the way. Joëlle feels it was this early recognition that gave her the confidence to pursue her life-long dream of painting for a living.
