About Jeremy Bradshaw

Jeremy Bradshaw is a self-taught wildlife sculptor whose lifelong passion for nature and animals is at the heart of his work. Raised amid the rural landscapes of central California, he spent his youth exploring the natural world—chasing frogs, observing farm animals, and wandering forests and streams.

This intimate, early connection to wildlife guided his path into falconry—a pursuit he’s practiced for nearly three decades. Through close observation and hands-on work with birds of prey, Bradshaw developed the acute eye for form, movement, and expression that now animates his sculptures.

Although he only began sculpting around 2017, Bradshaw’s work has quickly gained acclaim. His pieces are celebrated for their fidelity to animal anatomy and their subtle “joyful lift” in pose or expression—conveying a sense of life and playfulness even in stillness.

Bradshaw’s sculptures have been displayed in prestigious venues, and his accolades include election to the Society of Animal Artists, the Marilyn Newmark Memorial Grant from the National Sculpture Society, and awards such as the Brookgreen Medal and the Anna Hyatt Huntington Award for excellence in wildlife sculpture.
