Charles Pabst is a renowned oil painter who uses a combination of pallet  knife and brush to create his scenes. He refuses to confine himself to one style, but all his work has an underlying sense of optimism and hope.

An ex-NFL player, Mark Nordquist is a bronze sculptor who specializes in large animal themed chess sets. They feature a variety of creatures from the jungle, desert, Rocky mountains or African plain.
